All estimates are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change based on unforeseen site conditions discovered during surface preparation or changes requested by the customer after the estimate is approved.
A deposit is required to secure your project date. Final payment is due immediately upon project completion unless alternate arrangements have been agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the project.
Project timelines are estimates and subject to change. We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather, material availability, site unreadiness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Customers must ensure the work area is completely clear of personal items, vehicles, and debris prior to our team's arrival. Access to reliable power and water is required for the duration of the project.
We provide a limited warranty on our coatings as specified in your individual project agreement. This warranty strictly covers product failure and workmanship. It does not cover damage resulting from structural shifts, moisture issues, substrate failures, abuse, or improper maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Perfectionist Coatings & Polishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services, materials, or operations.
All website content, branding, marketing materials, and photography/videography of completed projects remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Perfectionist Coatings & Polishing. We reserve the right to use media of completed work for promotional purposes.
